What Happens After You Place an Order?

Your payment card will be charged after your order is made, and it will be entered into our ordering system instantly. After the package has been shipped, you will get an email confirmation with shipment notification.

What Happens If My Order Is Damaged When It Arrives?

We provide free replacements for products damaged in transportation; all we ask is that you notify any damages within days after receiving the item.
After you tell us of the damage, substitutes are usually shipped out the next business day and arrive 3-5 business days later. You will be reimbursed the item cost as well as the subject shipment expenses if the item is no longer available or a replacement cannot be delivered. Products alleged to be defective that are returned, examined, and determined not to be defective will be reimbursed minus the to-and-from shipping expenses.

Unauthorized Returns / Incorrect Address

Shipping providers may occasionally be unable to deliver a product owing to an erroneous address being supplied during the order process or a box being denied at the door. When such goods are back to our store, we will try to contact the buyer four times through email and phone to seek an alternative delivery address.
